Location Description

Right beside the town. Theres a dunnes stores and pharmacy in the town. Close to the sea (8 minute drive). Many hikes in the mountains only 15 minute drive away.

We live in Newtownmountkennedy which is ideally located off the M11. We are 10 mins drive from Greystones, 7 mins from the quieter Newcastle beach and beautiful bird sanctuary. We are 20 mins drive from Brittas Bay, a lovely long sand dune beach with lifeguards. We are 10 mins from Roundwood and the Wicklow Mountains, Wicklow Way etc. and about another 10 minutes further and you are in beautiful Glendalough.

Djouce mountain (Wicklow Way) (15 min drive)
Kilmacurragh Botanic Gardens (20 mins drive - stunning free OPW gardens)
Brittas Bay (20 mins drive)

There is good local tranport in the town including regular buses to Dublin and from Greystones you have trains to Wexford and the Dart to Dublin which is great for a day out in Dublin, with stunning coastal views.
