There are double doors from kitchen onto a balcony with bistro table and relaxing egg chair with a spectacular view of Mount Leinster, the Blackstairs mountains and fields of cereal. The kitchen has double doors into the large sitting room which has a marble open fireplace and ample sitting couches. Both bedrooms are large with walk-in wardrobes. One is an en-suite while the other is beside the bathroom. The stairs has a gate making it safe for little people. Outside are large gardens for football with trampoline, basketball, go-cart and many other activities to keep away boredom. We are located close to Ballindaggin village with 2 pubs and a restaurant/takeaway.
