Live close to Maynooth University and Wider Dublin commuter belt. Located just off the N4, between Kilcock and Enfield.

Looking for UL and NUIG accommodation

We live on a working farm, 15 minute drive to Maynooth Uni, or 2 miles to bus stop, or 2.5 miles from train station in Enfield.

Can offer single room OR Twin room if u have a friend as well. (Friend would have to pay)
These 2 rooms share a bathroom
Can offer DIGS or ROOM ONLY
5 days (as own kids home at weekends)
NON SMOKING HOUSE!!!!
Parking available.

Looking for room for incoming 1st year in UL or NUIG, depending on CAO. Ideally in a safe walking distance from the college.

As I have 2 rooms, I am willing to utilise one for UL swap and the other for the NUIG swap, and then depending on the CAO offers, we will be doing a swap with the relevant atudent.
I will still keep the student that has offered a room close to the college shes not accepting, but it would be at a cost.
So at least your accommodation would be still be secured, you wont find yourself looking for accommodation due our CAO choice.
