Two double-bedrooms and a bunk-bed in the other 3 rooms. The house has a decent-sized back garden and living area and a well-equipped kitchen.

Our house is located 5km from the city centre, with beaches (Silverstrand and Salthill) and woods (Bearna Woods and Rusheen Woods) all within walking distance.

There are playgrounds, tennis courts and sports pitches within a short walk also.

Is very convenient for day-trips west to Conamara and Cois Fharraige along the Atlantic coast of the county.

Three golf-courses within 10mins drive also (Salthill, Bearna and Glenlo Abbey).
