We would love an exchange in 2024 - preferably during the summer months. It is myself and my husband and we have a non-shed, hypoallergenic, non yappy yorkie - he is more like a teddy bear and thinks he is human. We would love to bring up but can give him to family if we have to ;(

Property Description

This ground floor apartment with an outdoor seating area is a 10 minute walk from the Phoenix Park, on the western side of the apt there are amazing walks around the strawberry beds and the river Liffey. It is a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Irish, Indian). And an 8 k outside of the city centre.

It is very close to the city and also very close to the cournty side. It's a really good location
