Property Description

Located in the seaside town of Baldoyle, within walking distance of two of County Dublin's best beaches is our cosy 3 bed duplex house. A small garden leads to an enclosed communal garden area. A short drive to howth or a quick dart journey to the city (20 minutes) or a 15 minute drive to the airport makes it very well located. One bedroom has a super king. The twin room with two single beds has an en-suite and there's a third bedroom with a baby's cot. The living area is combined with the kitchen. A rated for energy, it's quick to heat up and won't get too warm in the summer. For real cosiness you can always light the wood fired stove.

Location Description

Between the sea side towns of Portmarnock and Howth, there are plenty picturesque coastal walks to do. There's golfing, water sports and even a crag for rock climbing. Howth also has great restaurants for the less adventurous, and you have to try the famous fish and chips. A short train journey to the city and you can easily explore Dublin City.
