Property Description

The house is situated on a quiet road behind the main Cabra Road. It has a south facing back garden, which is a suntrap on a hot day. There is a small coffee shop at the end of the street. Only a short walking distance to Phibsboro and Stoneybatter

It's a drive to the beach and mountains but doable in a car!

The house very centrally located - 10 mins walk to Phibsboro and 15 mins walk to Stoneybatter, both of which have an array of restaurants, cafes and pubs. It's 30 mins walk to the Phoenix Park and 30 mins to the Botanic Gardens.

The house is very well served by public transport - a bus will get you into O Connell St in less than 15 mins. The house is 10 mins walk to a Green Line LUAS stop and from there it's a 10 minute ride to theatres (Gate & Abbey) and Henry St shopping district, 15 mins to Trinity College and 20 mins to St Stephen's Green & Grafton St shopping district, so you couldn't be better placed to visit Dublin city.
