Central south Dublin, 3 bedroomed terrace with driveway and walled garden within the sound of St Patrick's bells and five minutes walk to St Stephen's Green. Our home is in a quiet, neighbourly cul de sac of fifteen 1930s houses built for public sector workers.
There are two double bedrooms and a study, which is set as a home office or can be a double bedroom. The bathroom has a roll top bath and a shower and there is a down stairs toilet. The ground floor is an open plan living and dining room. The garden has a suntrap patio and a fruit and vegetable garden of raised beds. As well as gas central heating there is an open fire in the living room.

Our local area includes Dublin landmarks (St Patricks Cathedral, Christchurch Cathedral, Dublinia, Trinity College, the Oireachtas), cultural venues (Museum of Literature, National Gallery, National Museum, National Concert Hall) and parks (St Stephen's Green, Iveagh Gardens, Merrion Square) all within walking distance of our home. We are located between Camden Street and the Liberties with numerous eating places and entertainment venues such as Whelans, Vicar Street and the Sugar Club. There is excellent public transport and we are 5 minutes walk to the Stephen's Green and Harcourt Street Luas stops.
