My house was built 14 years ago and has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard It is my holiday home not my main residence which is in Dublin , It is located in the town of Ballyshannon by the sea and is 4 kilometres from Rossknowlagh, Bundoran and Creavey. Donegal and Sligo towns are a 20 to 30 minute drive away.. Located in the oldest town in Ireland replete with history and all amenities including a swimming pool where our Olympic swimmer Mona Mac Sherry trained My preference is for a swop close to Killarney from 1st July for 1week but I am open to Galway or Mayo at times that suit the swappers .
