Property Description

Detached spacious home on the outskirts of Ballanspittle. We are in a small estate with plenty privacy. We have four double beds, three of which are queen size.

Location Description

The village is a ten minute stroll away or a two minute drive. It has two supermarkets, one with hardware and petrol/diesel pumps the other with a full off licence. There is also a pub that serves food as well as a restaurant. Garrettstown beach is a five minute drive from us and Garry Lucas is closer to ten minutes. Both are blue flag beaches with life guard service in July and August. There is a woodland across the road from our home with signposted walks. The town of Kinsale is a fifteen drive from us. Kinsale is a very popular tourist attraction. It is served with many restaurants and shops and has two large supermarkets.

during summer there are many pop up coffee and food suppliers near the beaches. There is also a restaurant between the two beaches.
