It is a fully detached house on a property of 750m. It is located in the Sierra Calderona Natural Park. It is 500m from Olocau Village. The town of Olocau has municipal swimming
pool. Olocau is a 35min drive from Valencia Airport and Valencia City. The nearest beach is a 40min drive. The house is surrounded by trees in the valley with views of the mountains. Area is perfect for hikes and mountain biking. If we had swap for one month or more I would prepare our swimming pool.
